It seems that community gardening is getting the attention of  some of our elected officials.  Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) is a co-sponsor on a bill just introduced to support community gardening. You can read the bill HERE, and find out who the other co-sponsors are. This is great news for those of us working to bring community gardens into all our neighborhoods, increase food access, and work towards creating healthier urban ecologies. Please take a moment to call Rep. Moran’s office and offer your support on this bill!

BREAKING NEWS! Rep. Bobby Scott is now a co-sponsor of the bill!
